These skill levels are found by screening many potential candidates. Our human resources departments are able to find individuals that are motivated and willing to empower any projects or jobs that are require of them.
The minimum requirements are individuals who have at least a minimum of college degree with scores of at least 65%.Usually the training processes like most jobs are 3-4 months before they are familiar with your needs and the way you wish for your company to operate.

Sales and billing administrators are college graduate with scores where they rank 65% at minimum before they can qualify for a candidate. These individual have great English speaking and types at least 40 words per minute at minimum. These individuals are dedicated towards your company and will do sales, chat, or tickets that are required by the company. You may train the individual according to your needs or we may research your needs and train the employee accordingly.

Level 1 Administrators are college graduate with a minimum score of 65% at minimum before they are seen as a candidate. Level 1 administrator has a certification of RHCE and score at minimum of 65% on the test. The experienced within level 1 has at least 8 months of prior server administration. These administrators work closely with level 2 administrators building a very large database of solutions. There is no limited knowledge as all knowledge built are built by level 2 and level 3 administrators.

Level 2 administrators are college graduates as well with certification of RHCE and score at minimum of 65% or higher. The experienced of Level 2 administrators are 2 or more years working within the related field. These highly motivated individual enjoy learning new applications and are constantly researching new ways to be efficient within their job performance. These individuals understand server issues and are able to solve utilizing mailing lists, forums, as well as obtaining assistance from level 3 administrators.

Level 3 administrators are college graduates as well with certification of RHCE and score of minimum of 65% or higher. The experience level of Level 3 administrators are 5 or more years working within the related field. These highly motivated individuals understand the concept of technical work and have a vast knowledge of exploits, DDOS mitigation, as well as offering solutions that will allow optimal performance of any critical issues. The expertise of these individuals are usually within one Operating System but have vast knowledge in using different flavors but are seen as intermediate skill level. Programming and bash script is a must within the level 3 criteria.
Please note majority of our candidates are RHCE certified however, we are able to obtain MCSE certified individuals at your request.
